Te esperamos

Llega la Semana Santa y en Senia Gastrocería continuamos con nuestros menús temáticos. A partir del próximo día 19 de abril, viernes santo, y hasta el domingo de resurrección día 21 de abril. podréis degustar un menú dedicado a la gastronomía de Semana Santa.

Hemos pensado hacer un repaso por platos tradicionales que se remontan a la celebración de la vigilia desde hace más de cien años. Eso sí, con nuestro pequeño toque personal en algunos casos. Entrantes tan conocidos como los buñuelos de bacalao o un guiño a la cocina del Quijote con unos Duelos y quebrantos que el caballero de la triste figura comía todos los sábados.

Como centro del menú tendremos una degustación de tres guisos tradicionales para estas fechas muy populares en diferentes zonas de la penísula.

Y para terminar, déjate llevar por un surtido de postres típicos de Semana Santa con una vuelta de tuerca a nuestra manera.

Es imprescindible reservar con un mínimo de 48 horas de antelación.

EXTRA, EXTRA! Os traemos la crónica de nuestra última cata de vinos. En primer lugar queríamos agradecer a todos los que vinieron y llenaron nuestro restaurante. A continuación os detallamos los platos que acompañaron esta vez nuestro menú-maridaje: -Cóctel comestible: Ceviche sour. Fusión del tradicional ceviche peruano y su cóctel más conocido, pisco sour. -Aperitivo: Suflado de wonton relleno de brandada de bacalao y toffe de tomate y consomé de erizos con aire de mantequilla tostada. -Entrante: Crema de comte y lombarda con brioche relleno de trufa. -Pescado: Abadejo con escabeche de kimchi y blinis. -Carne: Porchetta con jugo de chocolate amargo y espuma de patata. -Pre-postre: Coco y cítricos. -Postre: Habanos de chocolate, crema de café y ceniza de caramelo de cebolla quemada.
